At Mondaine Watches, we stand by the Swiss craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your watch in its original Mondaine presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty booklets are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Swiss-trained technicians verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
